1. Request access

Enclave is currently in early access. Submit a request at quelden.com/request-access. An engineer will review your request and provision your organisation within one business day.

2. Accept your invitation

Once provisioned, the account owner receives an invitation email. Click the link to set your password and log in at enclave.quelden.com.

3. Create your first room

A Room is an encrypted workspace where your team can share files and collaborate securely.
1

Open Enclave

Navigate to enclave.quelden.com and sign in.
2

Create a room

Click New Room, give it a name and optional description, then click Create.
3

Upload a file

Drag a file into the room or click Upload. The file is encrypted on your device before it reaches the server — you will see the encryption step in the upload indicator.
4

Invite a colleague

Click Members → Invite, enter their work email, and assign a role (Viewer or Contributor). They receive an invitation link.

4. Set up key management (optional)

By default, Enclave manages encryption keys on your behalf using our HSM infrastructure. For full key sovereignty, bring your own:
  • AWS KMS — connect via IAM role, keys never leave your account
  • Azure Key Vault — service principal authentication
  • GCP Cloud KMS — workload identity federation
  • Thales / Entrust HSM — KMIP over TLS
See Key Management for setup instructions.

5. Invite your team

Navigate to Organisation → Users and invite colleagues. Assign them to Org Units to control which rooms they can access.
Start with a small pilot group — one team and one room. Once the workflow is established, expanding to the rest of the organisation takes minutes.
